The DurabasePlus 100 system is designed for easy and quick construction on pad foundations. After laying and securing the steel frame base to the wall and padstone, real brick slip modular walls can be assembled swiftly, including fire-rated walls. JHAI BUILDING CONTROL
We use independent building control inspectors, known as JHAI. Here are the steps we follow for your extension/conservatory:

Step 1 - At least 5 days before starting the construction, we will submit your application form to JHAL.
Step 2 - Once the foundation holes are dug, we will conduct an inspection to ensure the depth and location placements are as per the drawings.
Step 3 - Before the pre-plaster stage, we will make another visit to ensure that the correct procedures have been followed.

Only after this, the work will be passed and registered with your local Building Control office.

Really great job done by Peter and his team. They replaced all the windows in our 3rd floor flat, quickly and matching the old design exactly.
